Mollie works across KBA in a hybrid role as a Customer Consultant within our Southport Yorkshire Building Society Agency and Marketing Assistant, combining excellent customer service with her creative marketing skills.

As a Customer Consultant, Mollie supports customers with their day-to-day savings needs, providing a friendly and welcoming experience and helping ensure they receive a high standard of service whenever they visit the Southport Agency.

Alongside this, Mollie supports KBA’s marketing activity through graphic design, social media management and content creation, helping us maintain a consistent, engaging and professional presence across our digital platforms.
