Helen holds the CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) qualification, along with IFS Fundamentals of Equity Release and IFS Equity Release Solutions, giving her a broad understanding of mortgage and later-life lending solutions.
In her day-to-day role, Helen supports clients with enquiries, appointment coordination, and administrative processes, helping to ensure each interaction runs smoothly and efficiently. Her focus on clear communication and reliable service helps clients feel informed and supported at every stage of their journey.
Personally
Outside of work, Helen enjoys making the most of her free time by travelling, with Scotland and Italy among her favourite holiday destinations. She loves spending time outdoors, particularly mountain biking and hiking in the Highlands.
On a day-to-day basis, Helen enjoys staying active and healthy, experimenting in the kitchen, and spending quality time with her family, especially her granddaughter and her much-loved grand dogs 🐾
