James joined KBA in May 2018 and, having gained experience across various areas of the business, now specialises in the business support function.
On a day-to-day basis, James plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of internal operations. He manages and maintains our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across the business. He also supports the wider team with administrative processes, reporting, and workflow coordination, helping to keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.
Personally
In his spare time, James enjoys watching his beloved Manchester United, TV & films. He also enjoys reading a good book, travelling, and taking long walks with his dog Cody.
