Personally

Karen has been married to her husband Paul since 1992 and they have two lovely daughters together, Lucy and Amy. They also have Riley the dog and Dennis the granddog! Karen loves anything Disney-related, listening to Bryan Adams, and watching Rugby League. She is also a proud grandmother to two granddaughters, Annabelle and Sophie, who bring endless joy to her life.

On an ideal weekend, you can find me:

Watching Warrington Wolves or out with family and friends.

My favourite holiday destination is:

Can't beat the Florida sunshine. Put me on a rollercoaster (the bigger the better) and I'm happy.

My favourite song to play in the car is:

Summer of 69 or Sit Down by James

If I could be any fictional character, I would be:

Hemione Granger

If I could turn any activity into an Olympic sport, I would win a medal in:

Nagging (that answer came from my daughter!)

When the dessert menu arrives, I’m looking for:

Anything that involves chocolate

The three qualities that draw me to new people are:

Approachable, friendly and down to earth

The best gift I’ve ever received is:

A surprise party for my 50th. I love my family and we don't get to see enough of each other being spread over different locations in the UK, so this was amazing!

The three people at my dream dinner party would be:

Bryan Adams, Kenny Dalglish, Sean Bean

The three small things that make my day better are:

Coffee in the morning, sun shining and an unexpected phone call from family or friend
