Milly’s main duties as a Customer Consultant involve supporting both new and existing YBS customers, assisting with their transactions, opening new accounts, and delivering the highest level of customer service at all times.
In addition to her core role, Milly also works in a hybrid position as our Events Assistant. She supports the planning and execution of all client and team events, helping to ensure each event runs smoothly and reflects the high standards of the business.
Personally
Milly enjoys spending time walking her dog, diving into a variety of book genres, and socialising with friends and family. She also has a passion for trying new foods and loves eating out to explore different culinary experiences.
