Nicola has a passion for exploration and adventure, always seeking out new experiences and hidden gems with her daughter. Whether it’s discovering the great outdoors or creating unforgettable memories together, she loves embracing life’s little adventures.
Before transitioning into financial services, Nicola spent 10 years as a professional chef, working her way up to Head Chef at a prestigious Rosette-awarded restaurant in Cheshire. Her love for food remains strong, and she still enjoys cooking and baking, always experimenting with new recipes and flavors.
