As a Customer Consultant, Nicola’s core focus is delivering exceptional support and guidance to our YBS customers. She works closely with individuals to understand their financial needs, ensuring they receive tailored solutions that align with their goals.

Nicola is passionate about building strong customer relationships, providing clear and friendly communication, and making the financial journey as seamless as possible. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, she helps customers navigate their options with confidence.

In addition to her primary role, Nicola also works in a hybrid position within Client Support, where she is responsible for processing mortgages and protection cases for our clients. This allows her to play an important role behind the scenes, ensuring applications are handled efficiently and to the highest standard.
